In our Craft Classes in Sydney, our staff explore a wide range of creative projects for our participants to indulge in. eg: paintings, mosaics,card making, scrap booking etc. We all sit together around a large table, chat, eat, create and laugh.

The creative process and artistic expression helps people to:
Resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behaviour, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness.
No previous experience or training in art is needed for its practice and what is sought is to enable the participant to make changes and growth on a personal level through the use of artistic materials in a protected and facilitating environment.
