do for you
Whether art is something you simply enjoy, or something that you need in your life, being involved in creating art or even just observing it can be extremely beneficial for happiness, creativity and feeling part of a broader community.
In our craft classes, our staff explore a wide range of creative projects for our participants to indulge in. eg: paintings, mosaics,card making, scrap booking etc. We all sit together around a large table, chat, eat, create and laugh.

The creative process and artistic expression helps people to:
Resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behaviour, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness.
No previous experience or training in art is needed for its practice and what is sought is to enable the participant to make changes and growth on a personal level through the use of artistic materials in a protected and facilitating environment.
